Declare Vacancy on Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission <br /> (HRIEC) <br /> City Manager Trudgeon reported that background checks had been completed for <br /> HRIEC commissioners appointed to-date. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, declaring a vacancy on the HRIEC to fill one <br /> unfilled term expiring March 31, 2019; setting a deadline for applications to the <br /> city by September 13, 2017 and scheduled interviews at the September 18, 2017 <br />
