They include: <br />• Oath of Office for New Commissioners. The City Council has appointed two new <br />Corrunissioners to replace Margo Fjelstad and Nancy O'Brien. The new <br />Commissioners are Todd Anderson and Sheran Van Driest. I will give them the Oath <br />of Office to malce them official! <br />. Election of Officers-Chair and Vice Chair. Annually each City Commission elects <br />officers. The Commission should appoint a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. <br />Departed Corrnnissioner Fjelstad was the previous Chairperson. Ben Lehman served <br />as the Vice Chair last year. Nominations for the officer positions should be made at <br />the meeting and a vote will be taken to elect a Chair and Vice Chair. <br />• Review 2015 Ethics Training. City Attorney Gaughan conducted 2015 Ethics <br />Training. It appeared to be a success and well received with over 40 people attending. <br />The Commission should discuss their observations of the training and make <br />suggestions for next year. I have included the informational packet Mr. Gaughan <br />provided at the training. <br />• Ethics Tip. Commissioner Becker has prepared an Ethics Tip and it is included in the <br />packet. <br />
