September 20, 2017 <br />Item9a. <br />Imagine Roseville Update <br />Background <br />At the August 28, 2017 City Council meeting, the City Council received the Imagine Roseville <br />report from the May 3-4 event. The Request for Council Action (RCA) and the Imagine Roseville <br />Report are attached. <br />Also at the meeting, the City Council passed a resolution adopting the Police Department Policy <br />regarding immigration enforcement. That resolution is also attached. <br />The next Imagine Roseville event will be held on October 2, 2017 at the Roseville Skating Center <br />from 6:30 8:30 p.m. It will be a Town Hall Meeting to talk about Roseville Police Department <br />policies, procedures and community outreach efforts. Police Chief Rick Mathwig and Lieutenant <br />Erika Scheider will be available to answer questions from the audience. Free child care will be <br />provided. A flyer for the event is attached. <br />Requested Action <br />Commissioners are encouraged to help distribute flyers and encourage participation at the <br />event. <br /> <br />
