EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23`d day of October <br /> 2017, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte; and Roe and <br /> the following were absent: none. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11461 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, MNDOT CONTRACT NO: 1028248 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is working on behalf of a developer to construct <br /> additional turn lanes and replace the signal system at County Road B2 and the <br /> southbound Snelling Avenue (TH 51) ramps; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the ramps to Snelling Avenue (TH 51) at this intersection are owned by the <br /> State of Minnesota Department of Transportation; and, <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B2 is a Ramsey County State Aid facility, CSAH 78; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish maintenance responsibilities for the traffic signal <br /> system at the intersection of County Road B2 and Snelling Ave west ramp; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has drafted an agreement between the Minnesota <br /> Department of Transportation, Ramsey County and the City of Roseville to establish said <br /> terms for the signal system. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> approve the Traffic Control Signal System Maintenance Agreement Contract No: <br /> 1027708 drafted by the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and entered into <br /> with the City of Roseville and Ramsey County and that the Mayor and City Manager are <br /> authorized to sign said agreement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />
