REDA Meeting <br /> Minutes—Monday,October 23,2017 <br /> Page 2 <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of REDA Resolution No. 14 <br /> (Attachment A) entitled, "Resolution expressing Support for the Creation of a <br /> Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District and Other Financial <br /> Assistance Requested in the McGough Construction Co., LLC Redevelopment <br /> Project;" as presented and in an amount of total public subsidy in an amount <br /> not to exceed $1.5 million; with lines 46—37 amended to read as follows: <br /> "...additional funds to finance [4--potWon] [up to $1,500,000] of the <br /> extraordinary costs of the Facility in compliance with the TIF Act and the <br /> EDA Act." <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5.
