Approve Consent Agenda At the request of Mayor Roe, Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson briefly highlighted those items being considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Re- quests for Council Action(RCA) and related attachments dated October 23, 2017. a. Approve Payments Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, approval of the following claims and payments as presented and detailed. ACH Payments $806,395.04 87353 —87401 189,602.23 TOTAL $995,997.27 b. Consideration to Approve/Deny One Temporary On-Sale Liquor License Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, approval of one Temporary On-Sale Liquor Li- cense for Bent Brewstillery at 1744 Terrace Drive, for a "Winter Party" for De- cember 2, 2017, at 1744 Terrace Drive. Approve General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of$5,000 Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, approval of general purchases and contracts for services as noted in the RCA and Attachment A entitled, "2017 Summary of Scheduled CIP Items,"updated September 30, 2017. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. Nays: None. d. Approve a Three-Year Audit Services Agreement with Redpath and Compa- ny Mayor Roe expressed appreciation to staff for following up on the audit services agreement as per his request for additional background information on applicants and criteria for the decision-making used in forwarding this recommendation to the City Council. Mayor Roe asked that staff routinely provide that information in the future for similar contracts. Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, authorizing staff to enter into a three-year Pro- fessional Services Agreement (Attachment B) with Redpath and Company, as de-
