Interchanges <br />Roadway: TH 280: Intersection at Broadway Street Hennepin CR 116 <br />Lead Agency: MnDOT <br />Type of Improvement: Interchange <br />Goals Addressed: Coordinate Transportation Decisions; Create a Safe and Efficient Roadway <br />Network. <br />Strategy: This intersection has been identified by Metropolitan Council in their January, 2017 <br />Principal Arterial Intersection Conversion Study as an existi&-grade intersection with a high <br />priority for future grade separation. This intersection is loc#Fd partially in the City of Roseville <br />and partially in the City of Lauderdale, with the City of Minn(Lapolis immediately to the west. <br />The TH 280 corridor served an important regional fVnction as a detour route when the <br />Interstate 35W bridge collapsed in 2007.
