As the owners of the transportation network in Roseville (i.e. City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />MnDOT, and the MNNR) advance their respective Capital Improvement Programs (CIPS), this <br />Plan is intended to serve as an important resource and reference in establishing priorities and <br />advancing transportation projects for implementation. Advancing these projects from a <br />planning to implementation phase will require collaborative discussions among facility owners, <br />adjacent communities, the Metropolitan Council, residents and others to conduct traffic studies, <br />finalize designs, preserve rights-of-way, obtain environmental clearances and leverage <br />necessary financial resources.
