Advocate to properly fund public transportation and transit systems. <br />428 <br />Member Seigler referred to Item 4.11 and suggested they include, "Advocate to <br />429 <br />properly build highway and highway systems" in the policy, relating to his previous <br />430 <br />comments. <br />431 <br />432 <br />Chair Cihacek suggested Item 4.11 be changed to, "Advocate for efficient funding <br />433 <br />solutions for transportation." <br />434 <br />435 <br />Member Seigler suggested Item 4.11 be changed to, "Advocated to properly build <br />436 <br />public transportation and transit systems." It shows there is a need, but it is not <br />437 <br />specific on how to fund it. <br />438 <br />439 <br />Chair Cihacek suggested this item be removed entirely. <br />440 <br />441 <br />Member Heimerl stated some language should be included to ensure that the <br />442 <br />highway is built appropriately.
