Officials should continue to monitor existing and forecasted congestion along <br />Interstate 35W through the City of Roseville. The City should endeavor to maintain an open <br />and proactive dialogue with MxiDOT, Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County, adjacent <br />communities and users of Interstate 35W with the goal of identifying opportunities to <br />collaborate on short and long-range strategies for improving overall Level of Service (LOS) in <br />this corridor.
