Introduction / Roll Call <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, City Engineer Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Joe Wozniak; and Members <br />Thomas Trainor, Duane Seigler, John Heimerl, and Nancy Misra <br />Absent: Member Kody Thurnau <br />Staff Present: City Engineer Jesse Freihammer <br />2. Public Comments <br />3. Approval of September 26, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Chair Cihacek requested the minutes reflect that Vice Chair Wozniak's absence <br />was excused through notification of the Chair. <br />Motion <br />Member Misra moved, Member Trainor seconded, approval of the September <br />26, 2017 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 1 (Wozniak) <br />Motion carried. <br />4. Communication Items <br />City Engineer Freihammer provided a brief review and update on projects and <br />maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated October 24, 2017. <br />Page 1 of 14 <br />
