EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of November, <br /> 2017, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and <br /> the following members were absent: none. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11469 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> 2016 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 11, 2016, T.A. <br /> Schifsky & Sons, Inc has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the <br /> 2016 Pavement Management Project contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby <br /> accepted and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a <br /> proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the <br /> contract shall commence on November 27, 2017. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof. Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and the following voted against <br /> the same: none. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
