EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 4t" day of December, 2017, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe the <br /> following members were absent: none. <br /> Council member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11472 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> LARPENTEUR SIDEWALK PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 13, 2017, T.A. <br /> Schifsky & Sons, Inc, of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the <br /> improvements associated with the Larpenteur Sidewalk Project contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on December 4, 2017. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof. Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: none. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
