City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1537 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE THREE CHAPTER 304 <br /> TO AMEND REQUIREMENTS WHERE LAWFUL GAMBLING PROCEEDS ARE EXPENDED <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title Three, Chapter 304 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> 304.04: CONTRIBUTIONS <br /> C. Excluding amounts contributed to the Roseville Community Fund, 90% of the remaining net <br /> profits shall be expended in the City's trade area as defined in Mn Statutes 349.213, subd. 1(g). <br /> Roseville's trade area includes: Roseville, Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, <br /> Maplewood, Minneapolis, New Brighton, St. Anthony, St. Paul, and Shoreview. <br />
