Consider Resolution Designating 2018 Polling Locations Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11462 (Attachment A) entitled, "Resolution Designating Polling Places for the 2018 State Primary and State General Elections." Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. e. Certify Unpaid Utility and Other Charges to Property Tax Rolls Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11463 (Attachment A) entitled, "Resolution Directing the County Auditory to Levy Unpaid Water, Sewer and Other City Charges for Payable 2018 and Beyond." Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. L Approve a Resolution to Accept Work Completed, Authorize Final Payment and Commence One-Year Warranty Period on the 2017 Sanitary Sewer Lin- ing Project Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11464 (Attachment A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance — 2017 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project;" accepting the work completed, starting the one-year warranty period, and author- izing final payment in an amount not to exceed $52,708,63" as presented. Approve Entering into the 197 W County Road B-2 Encroachment Agree- ment Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of an Encroachment Agreement (At- tachment A) for 197 West County Road B-2 (LGSC Roseville LLC) as presented.
