Councilmember McGehee questioned the status of the results of
the pilot program initiated by Chief Mathwig, opining that this entire topic de-
served more time and discussion prior to moving forward. Councilmember
McGehee also personally questioned why the City of Roseville would consider a
partnership with St. Anthony Village at this time and with a financial commitment
of$100,000 plus ongoing expenses. Councilmember McGehee opined that this
item should not be considered on the Consent Agenda as it needed a more broad
community discussion and City Council deliberation.
