Ordinance 669 <br />Page 2 <br />1. Authorized resource management emergency and enforcement personnel, <br />when acting in the performance of their duties. <br />2. A temporary exemption from these restrictions for a special event may be <br />granted upon approval by the City Council and the issuance of permit by the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. <br />(C) Racing Prohibited. No motor boat shall engage in any form of race, game of tag, <br />game of follow-the-leader, or any other stunting and exhibition, except in the case of a <br />properly-sponsored boat race or water show or exhibition. <br />(D) Permit for Water Shows. No person shall sponsor, conduct or operate a motor <br />boat race, show or exhibition on any public waters within the City without first obtaining <br />a pernut from the City Council. <br />Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Shoreview on the a�`�'day of <br />Sr. �m bu 1997. <br />Effective Date.
