The warding should be: <br />"Primary enforcement af this ardinance shall be the responsibility af the Ramsey <br />Caunty SnerifiF's uepartment. Ti�is, ho�vever, shaii r�ot precE�de erfUrcc� � �e� �t �y <br />other licensed peace afficers." <br />I would also nate that, although not being changed in this amendment, the 300-foot <br />zone (Section 702.03; adopted in the 1950s) an all Roseville lakes (ather than Owasso) <br />should probably be reviewed far amendment to canform ta current standards in the <br />Water SurFace Use Rules. <br />When the ordinance receives final adoption, please send a copy to Marcella Jerame, <br />Baating Staff Specialist, at 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155-4046.
