Resolution No. <br />Page 2 <br />• That the abandonment of the County well on the north end of the lake be <br />delayed to determine if it should be kept for replenishing the lake at times of <br />low water levels. <br />• Seek direction'regarding the control of purple loose strife and other aquatic <br />nuisance plants. <br />• Ask Sheriff to strive for a balance befinreen Roseville and Shoreview residents <br />participating in the Lake Watch Program. <br />3. It shall be the policy of the City Council: <br />• To provide for public comment at Council meetings regarding requests for <br />permits on the lake. <br />• To not recommend approval of any requests for a slalom course in the <br />southwest end of the lake. <br />• To provide information regarding City and State requirements to lakeshore <br />owners and users. <br />4. The Council will consider the following: <br />• Contribution to the cost of the goose harvesting program on the lake. <br />• Ordinance providing for a lake-wide no wake zone if certain high water level <br />occurs. <br />• A Lake Committee with representatives from all Roseville lakes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and , and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
