waters is a hazard to public safety. The City Council <br />further finds that by prohibiting aircraft on the public <br />waters, the public use of such waters is greatly increased <br />and the number of persons able to use such waters is <br />proportionately increased. <br />B. Aircraft Prohibited from Using Public Waters: No aircraft <br />shall fly over any public waters (except Lake Owasso) at <br />such a low altitude as to interfere with the existing use of <br />the public waters for boating, bathing or other recreational <br />uses of the waters.
