The Jaint Powers <br />Agreement pravides for each city to request the appropriate law enforcement agency to <br />enforce the provisions of the ordinance. <br />During this past summer, we worked with Sergeant Biehn of your office regarding <br />additi�nal patral on Lake (Jwasso.
