Rescinded ordinance regarding use of public waters adopted by the City Council <br />May 12, 1997. <br />2. Rescinded Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Shoreview regarding Lake <br />Owasso Water Surface Use approved by the Council May 12, 1997. <br />3. Adopted ordinance amending Chapter 702 of the City Code regarding use and <br />regulation of public waters. <br />4. Authorized the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Joint Powers Agreement with <br />the City of Shoreview regarding Lake Owasso Water SurFace Use. <br />Enclosed are four signed originals of the Joint Powers.
