This fund has been designated as part of a major fund <br />(Revolving Improvements) for reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of property taxes collected from levies specified for maintenance. Other <br />revenues include; investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources.Expenditures recorded <br />include certain capital expenditures for existing pathways. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Boulevard Streetscape Maintenance Fund <br />Theaccounts for resources and payments related to the <br />boulevard maintenance program which began in 2000. This fund has been designated as part of a major <br />fund (Revolving Improvements) for reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of property taxes collected from levies specified for maintenance. Other <br />revenues include investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources.Expenditures recorded <br />include certain maintenance expenditures for maintaining existing boulevard landscapes. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Economic Increments Pay-As-You-Go Fund <br />Theaccounts for resources and payments related to the tax <br />increment pay-as-you-go districts. This fund has been designated as a major fund for reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of property taxes collected from levies specified for maintenance. Other <br />revenues include investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Parks Improvement Program Fund <br />Theaccounts for resources and payments related to the Park <br />Improvement Program (PIP). The intent of this fund is not to add new assets but to primarily replace those <br />park assets, which have completed their useful life. This fund has been designated as a minor fund for <br />reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of a property tax levy specifically for park improvements. Other revenues <br />include, investment income, allocations from the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Fund and other <br />miscellaneous revenues sources.Expenditures recorded include certain capital expenditures for park <br />improvement replacement in accordance with the City's Park Improvement Program. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Special Assessment Construction Fund <br />Theaccounts for resources and payments related to the Pavement <br />Management Program (PMP).
