Division / Program:Park Improvement Program <br /> <br />Organizational Responsibility: Parks & Recreation Director <br />Department Description <br />The Park Improvement Program (PIP) provides for the preservation of parks, open space, and related <br />recreational areas. The purpose of this fund is to renewand reconstruct existing park facilities.
