Italso includes adjustments reflecting changes in personnel allocation for <br />Community Development Staff. <br />Other Services & Charges increase is due to higher costs for the required Comprehensive Plan <br />update. <br />2015/2016Achievements <br />City Council approval of Planned Unit Development ordinance and Tree Preservation Ordinance. <br />City Council approval of Greater Notification policy and Tree Replacement Fund Policy. <br />Completion of text amendments, to High Density Residential (HDR) and Low Density Residential <br />(LDR) dimensional standards. <br />Staff review and approval of large-scale Rosedale expansion projects. <br />Reviewed proposals, received presentations, and sought community input for selection of a <br />Comprehensive Plan consultant. <br />70 <br /> <br />
