Introduction / Roll Call <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Joe Wozniak; and Members <br />Thomas Trainor, and Duane Seigler <br />Absent: Members John Heimerl (excused), Nancy Misra (excused) and <br />Kody Thurnau (excused) <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver, City Engineer Jesse <br />Freihammer and Ryan Johnson <br />Guests: Roger Toogood <br />2. Public Comments <br />3. Approval of October 24, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Member Wozniak requested the decimal point from line 133 be removed. <br />Motion <br />Member Trainor moved, Member Wozniak seconded, approval of the October <br />24, 2017 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4.
