i <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> I <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 29th day of January <br /> 2018, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe; and <br /> the following were absent: none. <br /> Councilmember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11489 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE STATE OF MINNESOTA AGENCY <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION IN CONSTRUCTION: <br /> 1029999 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and the State of Minnesota have drafted an agreement <br /> to establish terms,roles and responsibilities for the City to obtain and expend federal funds. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36, <br /> the Commissioner.of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of Roseville to <br /> accept, as its agent, federal aid funds which may be made available for eligible <br /> transportation related projects. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized <br /> and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the <br /> Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid <br /> participation as set forth and contained in"Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> Agency Agreement No. 1029999,"a copy of which said agreement was before the City <br /> Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor <br /> thereof. Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> I <br />
