i EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE I Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 29th day of January 2018, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe; and the following were absent: none. Councilmember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11489 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE STATE OF MINNESOTA AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION IN CONSTRUCTION: 1029999 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and the State of Minnesota have drafted an agreement to establish terms,roles and responsibilities for the City to obtain and expend federal funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36, the Commissioner.of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of Roseville to accept, as its agent, federal aid funds which may be made available for eligible transportation related projects. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set forth and contained in"Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement No. 1029999,"a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof. Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe; and the following voted against the same: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. I
