<br /> Improvements, and providing for full extended coverage over all general title exceptions contained in a standard
<br /> policy and the following special endorsements if required by Buyer: zoning (including parking), access,
<br /> restrictions, utility,comprehensive,survey,tax parcel,contiguity,subdivision, and location.
