EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of February 2018 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Etten,McGehee and Roe and the following were absent: <br /> Laliberte. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11495 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE USE OF SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE TIF DISTRICT <br /> #11 DECERTIFICATION TOWARDS THE CEDARHOLM GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY <br /> BUILDING CONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS,the City's Twin Lakes TIF District#I I was recently decertified; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of this decertification the City received surplus funds in the amount of <br /> $927,927.22; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council intends to partially finance the construction of the Cedarholm Golf Course <br /> Community Building with these funds. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> the surplus funds are hereby allocated to fund the construction of the Cedarholm Golf Course Community <br /> Building. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member McGehee and <br /> upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus,Etten,McGehee and Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
