i <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of February, <br /> 2018, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br /> and the following were absent: Willmus. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11497 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMOVAL OF A PARCEL <br /> FROM TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 17 AND <br /> HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE SUBDISTRICT NO. 17A WITHIN <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1. <br /> WHEREAS, on June 20, 2005, the City of Roseville (the "City") created its Tax Increment <br /> Financing District No. 1-17 (the "TIF District") and its Hazardous Substance <br /> Subdistrict No. 17A within its Development District No. 1 (the "Subdistrict"), <br /> and approved tax increment financing plans(the"TIF Plans")for the TIF District <br /> and the Subdistrict; and <br /> WHEREAS, property designated by the following property identification number was <br /> included in the TIF District and Subdistrict: <br /> 042923310023 <br /> WHEREAS, the current net tax capacity of the parcel to be eliminated from the TIF District <br /> and Subdistrict equals or exceeds its original net tax capacity, and therefore no <br /> notice and public hearing is required pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br /> 469.175, Subdivision 4, clause(e). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that: <br /> that the TIF Plans for the TIF District and Subdistrict are hereby amended to <br /> remove the described parcel, and the Housing and Economic Development <br /> Program Manager is authorized and directed to notify the County Auditor thereof <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 4, clause(e). <br />
