Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson, Public Works Director Mark Culver, City Engi- <br /> neer Jesse Freihammer, City Planner Thomas Paschke, Parks and Recreation Director <br /> Lonnie Brokke, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Items 9e, 9f, 9g, 9k, and 90 for separate <br /> consideration. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br /> Mayor Roe read a statement summarizing the intent of the closed session, and announced <br /> that, in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 13.D.05, and exceptions to <br /> Open Meeting Laws, he would entertain a motion to move into Closed Executive Session <br /> with the City Attorney and staff to discuss a potential offer to purchase property located <br /> at 2719 Lexington Ave. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, recessing the City Council meeting at approximately <br /> 6:05 p.m. and convening in Closed Executive Session,per State Statute. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately <br /> 6:07 p.m. <br /> In addition to the Councilmetribers, City Manager Tiudgeon, City Attorney Gaughan, <br /> City Attorney Hartmann, and Finance Director Chris Miller were also present. <br /> RECONVENE OPEN SESSION <br />
