Stowell. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Mayor Roe read a proclamation recognizing the re- <br /> tirement of recording secretary, Sheila Stowell, offering appreciation iatio dor her years <br /> of service to the City of Roseville and congratulations and best wishes dor her re- <br /> tirement. <br /> 7. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 8. Business Items <br /> a Adopt a Final 2018 Tax Lev' and Budget <br /> As detailed in the bequest for Council Action (RCA), :finance Director Chris Mil- <br /> ler briefly surnmarized the actions requested tonight of the City Council for final- <br /> izing the 2018 city tai levy andbudget. Mayor Roe had provided supplemental. <br /> infon anon on Capital Improvement Program (CIP) funding and options for 201 <br /> and future levy decisions, provided as a bench handout <br /> Councilmember Etten asked Finance Director Miller for the estimated impact to <br /> taxpayers for every $100,000 in additional levy dollars and percentage im act for <br /> the median valued homeowner per month or per year. <br />
