Consider Not Waiving Statutory Liability Limits for 2018 <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, a motion to NOT waive the Statutory Liability <br /> Limits for 2018. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 10. Council& City Manager Communications,Reports, and Announcements <br /> 11. Councilmember Initiated Future Agenda Items and Future Agenda Review <br /> Councilmember Laliberte noted that one year ago tonight, the Roseville Police and Fire <br /> Departments had responded her parent's home administering to her father who was hav- <br /> ing a heart attack. Councilmember Laliberte expressed her gratefulness to those who had <br /> responded to that call, further expressing her appreciation that this was the same response <br /> that all Roseville residents could expect and receive in their times of need. <br /> CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br /> Mayor Roe announced that, in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 13.D.05 and <br /> exceptions to Open Meeting Laws, he would entertain a motion to move into Closed Executive <br /> Session for the purpose of discussing development of a potential offer for acquisition of property <br /> located at 2719 Lexington Avenue. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, recessing the City Council meeting at approximately 7:22 pm <br /> p.m. and convening in Closed Executive Session,per State Statute. <br /> For the benefit of the public, Mayor Roe announced that this would be the final 2017 City Coun- <br /> cil meetings and also that the City Council would not be returning to the dais after tonight's <br /> closed meeting. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately T30 p.m. <br /> In addition to the Councilmembers, City Manager Trudgeon, City Attorneys Mark Gaughan Er- <br /> ich Hartmann were also present. <br />
