between the hours of 9:OOA.M. and 9:00 P.M. on any weekend or legal holiday. <br />E. Snowmobiles: Snowmobiles shall be operated only at times allowed by Section 604.03 of <br />this Code. (Ord. 927, 6-30-1983) <br />405.04: EXCEMPTIONS: <br />ect in which the Citv of Roseville is considered the owner and/or the lead on the <br />shall be exempt from Chanter 405 of the Citv Code regarding Noise Control. The Citv shall <br />notifv residents of the night work per current adopted Council Policv. <br />405.05: NOISE VARIANCES: <br />Any person may apply to the City Council for a variance from the requirements of this Chapter <br />prior to doing those acts. The applicant shall provide a certified list of property owners within <br />350 feet of the site(s) where the activity is to occur. The Council procedure for public hearings <br />shall be as set forth in Chapter 108 of this Code. For good cause shown, the City Council may, in <br />its sole discretion, either grant or deny the variance. If the variance is granted, the Council may <br />impose reasonable conditions to it. (Ord. 1175A, 11-25-1996) <br />405.0-56: ENFORCEMENT AND IMPACT STATEMENTS: <br />A. Civil Remedies: In addition to criminal penalties, this Chapter may be enforced by <br />injunction, action for abatement or other appropriate civil remedies. <br />B. Noise Impact Statements: The City Council may require any person applying for a change in <br />zoning classification, permit or license for any structure, operation, process, installation, <br />alteration or project that may be considered a potential noise source to submit a noise impact <br />statement. The City Council shall evaluate each such statement and take its evaluation into <br />account in approving or disapproving the license or permit applied for or the zoning change <br />requested.
