t <br /> i <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of February, <br /> 2018 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and <br /> Roe and none were absent. <br /> Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11499 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br /> ROSEDALE CENTER SIXTH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, by Rosedale Retail,LLC,in cooperation with JC Penny Properties,Inc.,has <br /> applied for approval of the final plat on property addressed at 1700 and 1800 County Road <br /> B2, which parcels are legally described as: <br /> Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Rosedale Center Sixth Addition <br /> And WHEREAS , the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br /> regarding the proposed preliminary plat on January 3, 2018, and after said public hearing <br /> the Roseville Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the proposed <br /> preliminary plat based on the comments and findings of the pertinent staff report and the <br /> input from the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on January 29, 2018, <br /> received the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted to approve the <br /> preliminary plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat materials have been prepared and submitted which are <br /> consistent with the approved preliminary plat; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, Minnesota, that the final plat of the subject property creating Rosedale Center <br /> Sixth Addition is hereby approved. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member Etten and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> i <br />
