EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of February, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following <br /> were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11500 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE'S <br /> DEPUTY REGISTRAR APPOINTEE <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Roseville operates a License Center that includes a Minnesota Deputy Registrar <br /> Office; and <br /> WHEREAS, under MN Statutes 168.33 and Minnesota Rules Chapter 7406, the City must designate an <br /> employee to oversee the operations and conduct of that Office and to serve as the official Appointee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> hereby designates the following employee to serve as the City of Roseville's Deputy Registrar Appointee: <br /> Pam Ryan Senden, License Center Manager <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten and upon <br /> a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, Willmus,Laliberte,Etten and <br /> Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
