Fleet vehicles: All outdoor storage shall occur on paved surfaces consistent with the parking area requirements of Section 1019.11 of this Title, and shall adhere to the parking area setback requirements in the applicable zoning district. Fleet vehicles in active use need not be screened, but inoperable or otherwise out-of-service vehicles (e.g., snow plows in the summer, or"retired" vehicles) shall adhere to the requirements for outdoor storage of inoperable/out-of-service vehicles or equipment. SECTION 3.
