City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1540 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br /> CODE, TITLE 7, CHAPTER 701, TO ACCOMODATE NEW OPERATION PLANS AT <br /> THE CEDARHOLM COMMUNITY BUILDING AND GOLF COURSE ALLOWING <br /> THE SERVICE OF WINE AND INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR ON A DAILY BASIS. <br /> SECTION 1: Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific <br /> requirements within the Roseville City Code, Title 7, Chapter 701, to allow service of wine and <br /> intoxicating malt liquor on a daily basis at Cedarholm Community Building and Golf Course. <br /> SECTION 2: Section 701.03 is amended to read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 701 TO REGULATE PARKS AND RECREATION PROHIBITED CONDUCT <br /> OR ACTIVITY <br /> 701.03: PROHIBITED CONDUCT OR ACTIVITY: <br /> The following regulations apply in all parks: <br /> A. No person shall light or make afire except in places provided for suchpurposes. <br /> B. No person shall discharge any firearms or air guns'.No person shalldischarge or displayany <br /> fireworks unless a permit is obtained from the City Manager-'. <br /> C. Nopersonshall-usebows and arrows in parks and playgrounds except inareas <br /> designated for that purpose. <br /> D.No personshallscatter aboutor litter the grounds with any fonnof waste material. <br /> E. No person shall throw stones or rubbishof any kind in any lake,pond or watercourse norbathe, <br /> swim or wade except in designated areas. <br /> F. No personshallaffixor inscribe any handbill or posteron anystructure or propertyin any <br /> park or anyplace,squareor highway contiguous to anypark.(Ord.534,4-24-1967) <br /> G.
