EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 12, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog and the following were absent: Johnson. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8542 RESOLUTION CANCELING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 57 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Ryan Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Draper Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, and Dellwood Avenue from Skillman Avenue to Roselawn Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $416,477.34, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine to cancel said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
