<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said city on Monday, February 12, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8542 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 57 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 consisting of the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary <br />sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Ryan <br />Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Draper Avenue from <br />Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, and Dellwood Avenue from Skillman <br />Avenue to Roselawn Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a <br />cost presently estimated at $416,477.34, and substantially in accordance <br />with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the Council does hereby determine to cancel said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
