An update tothe City Council is scheduledfor Monday, April 9. <br />A summary reportfor you andthe City Council is included in your packet. Staff will <br />provide anoverview of this informationat the meeting. <br />Requested CommissionAction:Discuss and provideguidance onpotentialnext <br />steps. <br />Ongoing Topics <br />Cedarholm Community Building Replacement Update <br />The construction of the Cedarholm Community Building continues and at <br />this point remainson schedule.The building is enclosedand has <br />temporaryheat. <br />Ordering of furnitureand equipment is complete.Theoperational plan is <br />complete andreservationsbegan on March5. <br />This topic isa regularagenda item eachmonthfor staff toprovide the <br />latest informationin order to keep the Commission updated, gatheradvice <br />andallow for continued community input. <br />Requested Commission Action:Review, update, providefeedback. <br />2 <br /> <br />
