i NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ROSEVILLE' RAMSEY CQUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA' NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota,will hold a public hearing on February.26,2018;at approximately 6:60 P.M.at'.the City.Council Chambers in C€ty Nall,2680 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption by the Roseville Economic"Development Authority(the'"EDA")of a.Development Program Modification for Development District No. 1 (the "Development District"), the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing.District No. 20 (McGough Redevelopment) (the "TIF District") within the Development District,and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan(the "TIF Plan")therefor, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,Sections 469.090 to 469,1081 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794,as amended. Copies of the Development Program Modification and TIF Plan are on file and available , for public inspection at the office of the Housing and Economic Development Program Manager at City Hall. The property to be,included in the TIF.District is located within the Development District. A map of the Development District and TIF District is set forth below; Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from the TIF District may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of the Development District.
