Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 1. Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. At his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Culver called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Joe Wozniak; and Members Nancy <br />6 Misra, Duane Seigler, Thomas Trainor, and John Heimerl <br />7 <br />8 Absent: Member Kody Thurnau. <br />9 <br />10 Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver, and City Engineer Jesse <br />11 Freihammer <br />12 <br />13 Chair Cihacek reminded the Commission of the upcoming Ethics Training and <br />14 encouraged them to attend. He also noted Commissioners are invited to attend the <br />15 Environmental Commission Conference on April 7 that he previously sent out a <br />16 link for. <br />17 <br />18 Member Wozniak noted Commissioners also need to fill out a disclosure of <br />19 financial interest. <br />20 IV <br />21 2. Public Comments <br />22 <br />23 3. Approval of February 27, 2018 Meeting Minutes <br />24 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />25 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />26 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />27 <br />28 Member Trainor referred to line 607 and noted Member Misra made the motion. <br />29 He encouraged Members to speak clearly into the microphones as it is sometimes <br />30 difficult to hear on the recording. <br />31 <br />32 Motion <br />33 Member Trainor moved, Member Heimerl seconded, approval of the <br />34 amended February 27, 2018 meeting minutes. <br />Page 1 of 16 <br />
