Item 7b. <br /> Action Plan Next Steps <br /> Background <br /> The Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission presented a draft Action Plan to the City <br /> Council at a joint meeting on October 23, 2017. From that discussion, Council directed the Commission <br /> to rework and prioritize the Action Plan and bring back for discussion at a future meeting. Attached is <br /> the Action Plan as presented.The minutes from the City Council meeting where direction and feedback <br /> was provided are included in item 7a. staff report. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Review the feedback and agree on next steps with the Action Plan. <br />
