Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,April 9, 2018 <br /> Page 16 <br /> Mayor Roe asked about the process of not renewing a license. <br /> Building Official Englund explained it would be in a suspension or a revocation. <br /> Fire Chief O'Neill added that staff would make a recommendation to the Council <br /> for suspension or revocation was necessary. <br /> Mayor Roe asked whether there is an appeals process in the ordinance already. <br /> Fire Chief O'Neill confirmed that appeals provision is already in the ordinance. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded enactment of Ordinance No. 1547, (At- <br /> tachment A) entitled "An Ordinance Amending Selected Text of the Roseville <br /> City Code, Section 908.04, Licensing Term." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Approve Request for Noise Variance for the 2018 Cured-In-Place-Pipe <br /> (CIPP) Project <br /> City Engineer Freihammer briefly reviewed this request, recommending approval <br /> as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated April 9, 2018. He noted the <br /> sewer lining project involves some pipes that are larger in size such that the con- <br /> tractor will need to work on them at night. Area residents within a 350-foot radi- <br /> us have been sent a mailing, and no response has been received by staff <br /> Mayor Roe opened and closed the public hearing at approximately 8:20 p.m.; with <br /> no one appearing for or against. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the variance request to extend work- <br /> ing hours on the 2018 CIPP Lining Project, for the segments identified in Attach- <br /> ment C. <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember McGehee thanked staff for all the materials included in the <br /> Council packet, including the notices sent to residents. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that in the interests of full disclosure, one storm sewer lining <br /> project is adjacent to his own property, and he does not benefit financially from <br /> that project. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br />
