Approve 35W North MnPass Project Cooperative Construction Agreement <br /> Mayor Roe commented that he has spoken with Public Works staff about the <br /> Stormwater fund and how it would be impacted by the 35W MnPass project, and <br /> they indicated it may be near zero by the end of 2019 if things continue at the cur- <br /> rent rate.
