City of Roseville Pathway Master Plan <br /> <br />2.P ROCESS <br />Alongside the development of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update and the <br />corresponding 2040 Transportation Plan Update, the Public Works, Environment, and <br />Transportation Commission (PWETC) led the update of the Pathway Master Plan. Over <br />the course of three PWTEC meetings, the PWETC discussed the current plan, reviewed <br />and identified modifications to the policies and standards, discussed remaining <br />pathway gaps, and provided an updated scoring and ranking criteria process in order <br />to ensure a quantified scoring system for preferred pathway segments. City staff’s <br />role was to provide support and guidance by setting up meetings, gathering <br />information, answering questions, editing the plan, and otherwise assisting the PWETC <br />as needed. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />
