The PWETC received a presentation from Utility Service Partners in November and after that <br />32 <br />presentation passed a motion “recommending to the City Council that they pursue a potential <br />33 <br />agreement for this warranty opportunity with Utility Service Partners.” During the presentation the <br />34 <br />Commission members asked several questions and seemed very impressed with the program. An <br />35 <br />excerpt of the draft minutes from the November meeting is attached. <br />36 <br />A representative from Utility Service Partners, Inc. will present to the Council about the program <br />37 <br />and answer any questions. <br />38 <br />FI <br />INANCIALMPACTS <br />39 <br />There is no cost to the City to offer this program. There is an option for the City to receive a share of <br />40 <br />the revenues.
