The Director also serves as City <br />Engineer. <br />The [ngineering Department is responsible '�or all engineering <br />relating to the design, ccistruc+ion, maintenar.ce, inspection and <br />operation of the physical facilities of the City. Activities in- <br />clude the preparation of plans and the supervision and review of <br />the construction for water, street, sewer and other physical inprove- <br />ments in the City. In those instances �dhere these services are pro- <br />vided by a consulting engineering firm, their work is under the <br />supervision and direction of the Public tJorks Oirector. <br />„ <br />
