Objective To successfully implement the City's redevelopment and development policies. Activity A. Continue efforts to develop the 36 and 35W targeted area corridor. B. Identify new target areas for future development. C. Design effective assistance packages for expanding new businesses. Implement new and innovative approaches where appropriate. D. Modify and manage tne City's tax increment financing districts to ensure they conform to regulations, they are financially feasible, and they are used to encourage development. E. Coordinate activities of developers, City staff, and public agencies to facilitate the successful implementation of development projects.
