Revenue <br />The following section contains an analysis of projected <br />revenues by major source for 1987. The major reason for the increase in intergovernmental � <br />revenue is a 5.40 or $43,600 increase in local government <br />aids. <br />2. Charges for Services is up 4.09%, or $223,312 due to � <br />increases in two items: <br />A. Fees for recreation have increased commensurate with � <br />increases in expense-due mostly to new and expanded _ <br />programs. <br />B. Sanitary Sewer and water charges have increased � <br />primarily due to increases from the MWCC and the City of <br />St. Paul. <br />3. Miscellaneous revenue and transfers has increased 28.21o, <br />or $298,197. There are five major items causing the <br />increase. <br />A. �163,260 is being used from the fund balance of the <br />General Fund to help finance the General Fund budget: <br />B. �24,000 of funded depreciation is being used to fund a <br />portion of the equipment purchases in tne Equipment <br />Revolving Fund. <br />C. $150,000 from the Permanent Improvement Fund is being <br />used to finance a portion of the proiects in the <br />Permanent Improvement Fund. <br />D. w35,000 is being transferred from the Tax Increment <br />Bond Funds to finance administrative costs in the <br />Generai Fund and Economic Development Fund related to <br />development projects. <br />II <br />�� <br />� <br />� <br />
